Tuesday sees me in Central London with Epilepsy Action. I am a Trustee of the Charity and they are holding a series of events around the country.

Tuesday its London, Cardiff, Belfast and Edinburgh.

What is happening? Epilepsy Action is launching a national campaign to raise awareness among the general public of different kinds of seizures and appropriate first aid.

I will be acting as a volunteer in demonstrations of first aid.

Why not come along on Tuesday 10am Victoria Embankment Gardens. It will last around an hour.
