What’ the priority of this project?

This week, on a project management training  course one person said and several more agreed that there was no systematic method for having clear project priorities.

The sheer number of projects in companies means there is a need for a clear prioritisation process. We see too many project managers who are floundering with the sheer number of projects and little or no guidance.

It would help of course if there is a clear list of projects in existence…..

So, this weeks BIG question: have you got clear project priorities and what will it take to ensure one is produced?
